Design

20161215114944343_%e5%89%af%e6%9c%ac

20161215114836936_%e5%89%af%e6%9c%ac

XIaomi Redmi 4 vs Meizu M5 Note front design

Due to different screen size, Meizu M5 Note looks larger than Redmi 4, but they both use the whole 2.5D curved glass screen on the front design, the redmi 4 has more obvious black frame than Meizu M5 Note. But the main difference is that Meizu M5 Note comes with its own classic mBack button with fingerprint scanner on the front, but Redmi 4 uses virtual buttons with fingerprint scanner on the back. So in terms of front design, Meizu M5 Note is more ripe.

20161215114836936_%e5%89%af%e6%9c%ac

On the back, Meizu M5 Note uses all metal back cover with nano molding antenna design, both have simple back design, but Redmi 4 upper part uses plastic stick and injection molding design down the part, which is a little not ripe in the design, in details, Meizu M5 note with larger screen and body looks sleeker, but Redmi 4 has made 3D curved effect around the edges which makes it look thinner.

In fact, Meizu M5 Note has 8.1mm thickness, but Redmi 4 has 8.9mm. After 3D processing, the middle frame of Redmi 4 looks narrower than Meizu M5 Note, in holding experience, Redmi 4 has also made high gloss which is not suitable to hold. But Meizu M5 Note with sleek curved process although it has also made high gloss, it holds more suitably than redmi 4.

Therefore, in design, Meizu m5 note can win over redmi 4 in front and back design.

Performance

Meizu M5 Note is not excellent in its performance, it is powered by Helio P10 Octa core processor like Meizu M3 Note, Meizu M5 Note standard version is powered by Helio p10 Octa core processor, 28nm, RAM 3GB ROM 32GB internal storage, check Antutu score as follow.

20161215111808746_%e5%89%af%e6%9c%ac

Redmi 4 advanced version is powered by Snapdragon 625 Octa core processor, RAM 3GB ROM 32GB internal storage. Snapdragon 625 is a new processor, 14nm with low power consumption, which has been used on most popular smartphones such as Huawei Nova, OPPO R9S, VIVO X9, Nubia Z11 Mini S, etc. Let’s see Redmi 4 antutu test as follow.

20161215111441205_%e5%89%af%e6%9c%ac

According to Antutu performance, Redmi 4 advanced version is better than Meizu M5 Note, due to Snapdragon 625 processor with low power consumption, low heat, etc which is not easy to be hot and better for playing games with long time.

Camera

As for camera, Redmi 4 and Meizu M5 Note both have 5MP front camera and 13MP back camera, both supports PDAF, but Redmi 4 is equipped with Samsung OV sensor, Meizu M5 Note comes with Sony IMX258 sensor better than Meizu M3 Note. Battery, OS

In battery, Redmi 4 is equipped with 4,100mAh battery, which is 100mAh larger than Meizu M5 Note, but due to smaller screen of Redmi 4, and powered by Snapdragon 625 processor with lower power consumption, Redmi 4 has better battery life than meizu m5 note.

20161215114613995

Meizu M5 Note is equipped with quick charge function to support 18w power, but Redmi 4 doesn’t support quick charge, so Meizu M5 note has faster charging speed.

In OS, Meizu M5 Note runs Flyme 6 OS, Xiaomi Redmi  4 runs MIUI 8 OS, both have nice reputation in Chinese OS. So they have their own advantages.

MIUI OS VS Flyme OS

Conclusion

Redmi 4 and Meizu M5 Note both are nice budget smartphones with their own features. When you choose one of them, it depends on the experience and needs. If you like smaller screen and higher performance, you can select xiaomi redmi 4, but it you are inclined to more ripe design, Meizu m5 note is more worthwhile to highly recommend.

2017 BMW G 310 R / G 310 GS Review

BMW’s G 310 R roadster gets a brother as it moves into the 2017 model year with the addition of the adventuresome G 310 GS. The “GS” builds on the success of the “R” with a few subtle changes that shift the design toward the adventure bike end of the spectrum.

There is considerable pressure on the small-displacement market, and all the major players are hard at work to populate the various genres with these mini-mills. Since indoctrination is best when started young and manufacturers recognize the benefits of cultivating brand loyalty early, this all-important entry-level bracket is hotly contested, which makes me all the more curious what the Bavarians bring to the table as their BMW-bait this year.

ZTE Nubia Z11 vs OnePlus 3T Comparison

The Nubia Z11 has finally been launched in India at a price of Rs. 29,999. The latest smartphone to join the league of Snapdragon 820 phones in India. Looking at the price and overall offering, it stands close to the OnePlus 3T, which is out for sale from today onwards. We took a closer look to find out if Nubia Z11 can stand against the mighty OnePlus 3T or not.

The specs on Nubia Z11 are more comparable to the OnePlus 3, but the price is the same as OnePlus 3T. So we decided to put the Nubia Z11 next to OnePlus 3T in this quick comparison.

Design & Build

Nubia Z11 and OnePlus 3T, both boast of a 5.5 inch display. It is always difficult to use such smartphones with one hand but both of these smartphones come with great design for one handed usage. The Z11 looks stunning from the front, with a bezel-less design having bezels only on the top and bottom of the front panel. Even the OnePlus 3T has very minimal bezels on the sides but still has a broader and longer face compared to Z11. The Z11 is 151.8mm tall and 72.3mm wide, but the OnePlus 3T is 152.7mm tall and 74.7mm wide.

Sony A6500 review

The Sony Alpha A6500 is an upper mid-range mirrorless camera with a 24 Megapixel APSC sensor, built-in stabilisation, touchscreen, 4k video and a powerful AF system that’s perfect for action shooters. Announced in October 2016, it comes only eight months after the A6300, but doesn’t replace it. The A6300, and indeed the A6000, remain on sale, but the A6500 becomes the new flagship APS-C e-mount body.

Externally the A6500 shares almost the same flat-topped weather-proof body as the A6300, but deepens the grip, enlarges the shutter release and adds a third Custom button. Like the A6300 you can compose with an XGA OLED electronic viewfinder or a 3in / 920k dot screen that can tilt up or down. Sadly the screen still can’t angle forwards to face the subject – so useful for vlogging as well as selfies – but in an important upgrade, the A6500 screen finally becomes touch-sensitive, allowing you to tap to reposition the AF area or pull-focus while filming.

Parrot Swing drone review: Tiny, smart and lots of fun

Parrot has been building quadcopters for years, hence it long been regarded as one of the go-to drone makers in the market. That’s especially true for consumers on smaller budgets.

Recently, the company announced its first huge fixed-wing drone. But it is also focused on the opposite end of the market and has also updated its range of smaller, indoor friendly drones. One of which is the X-Wing-esque Parrot Swing.

Yamaha RX-V381 review

Like graduate salesmen, more and more tech goods are expected to go far and beyond what they initially signed up for: smartphones can now start your car, fridges can talk, and kettles turn themselves on to boil.

Even with budget AV amplifiers a number of features are becoming almost mandatory requisitions: wi-fi, DLNA streaming, hi-res audio support… all features of the Denon AVR-X1300W (£300), for example.

The Yamaha RX-V381, however, flies in the face of all that. This is a back to basics 70 watts-per-channel 5.1 surround amplifier with Bluetooth and an FM/AM tuner.

No Spotify Connect. No Dolby Atmos. Not even Yamaha’s MusicCast multiroom technology.

2017 Triumph Bonneville Bobber First Ride Review

By now you must’ve heard the bobber backstory: Restless GIs home from WW2 self-treated their PTSD by bobbing the fenders off their heavy old motorcycles to make them lighter, faster and generally more obnoxious to the populace. Triumph was right there from the beginning, supplying Marlon Brando’s bike in The Wild One, and now it’s back with the brand-new 2017 Bobber, the stripped-down, elemental variation on the new Bonneville theme the company’s been furiously rolling out for about a year now.

Unlike all the other dual-shock Bonnes, the Bobber gets a distinctive hardtail-looking frame that actually has 76mm (3 inches) of rear-wheel travel controlled by a single shock under the solo seat – and a solo seat is all it’ll ever be. There aren’t any optional passenger seats in the catalog (though there are more than 150 other things), since the rear fender’s going to be moving up and down with the wheel. Given that there will never be a 150-pound passenger added onto the rear of the bike, the rear shock doesn’t even have preload adjustment; Chief Engineer Stuart Wood says it just isn’t necessary and in fact there are no suspension adjustments (though a Fox shock with adjustable rebound is an available accessory).

2017 Aprilia RS 125 Review

Aprilia  doubles down on its campaign to draw new and young riders into the sportbike  sector with an extensive redesign of its proven entry-level ride, the RS 125. Previously powered by a carbureted two-stroke plant, the new Euro 4 emissions standards forced a shift to four-stroke power with electronic fuel injection to control the mixture. The race-tastic form associated with the family is carried into this new generation, ensuring that this ride continues to appeal to riders looking to break into the sportbike sector on an unintimidating platform. Aprilia released the rehashed RS 125 at the 2016 INTERMOT show, and now I make good on my promise to take a deeper look at it.

Design

Aprilia RS 125

As with the previous models, this newest iteration looks like it just came out of the pits with its aggressive, nose-down stance, racy livery and supersport  panache. OK, so it may be going it a bit high to assign the word “super” to anything with such a diminutive mill, but even Ray Charles could see the RSV4 DNA in the little RS 125.

Vizio E-Series 2016 review

The Vizio E series can be a great buy, but read the fine print.

If you get one of the better ones you can expect superb image quality for a budget TV, head and shoulders above Roku TVs and better in many ways than competing midrange sets. Other E series models have picture quality likely no better than budget competitors (don’t worry, I’ll tell you which is which in the next section).

There’s also the matter of its app-based Google Cast operation, and lack of a tuner. The E series is the closest thing you can find today to a “dumb TV,” and that’s not necessarily a bad thing. To do anything more advanced on this set than turn it on, switch inputs or adjust picture mode, you’ll need to use your own phone and Vizio’s app. If that sounds appealing to you — or if you don’t plan to do anything more advanced than that — it’s great.

2016 Energica Eva Review

Electric bikes are really coming along nicely and the market is responding in kind, evidenced by sales of Energica’s Ego outstripping production to the point that it reached “sold out” status just over halfway through the model year.

While the Ego and limited-production Ego45 are pure sex on two wheels, Energica designed the Eva as a more pragmatic, naked streetfighter meant to capitalize on the growing interest in minimalist/bare muscle bikes. This is an important move since it advances the cause and fosters the legitimacy of electric bikes in general by showing a selection of styles that smoker-bike riders will readily recognize

McIntosh RS100 review

It was wireless speakers like the B&W Zeppelin and the Naim Mu-so that broke the icy divide between hi-fi and wi-fi, making it acceptable to charge a premium for such devices, and winning over a more traditionalist audience in the process.

They combined great build, excellent sound and superb connectivity, leaving cheaper rivals behind and making their higher price tags make sense.

At £1000, it would be fair to assume the McIntosh RS100 – the company’s first wireless speaker – is attempting the same.

But anyone who is aware of McIntosh will know this £1000 price tag is actually a bargain for a product from its line up. Even its MHP1000 headphones come in at more than double that, making this the cheapest McIntosh product you can buy.

Volkswagen Golf GTI Clubsport Edition 40 review: The retro-inspired hot hatch

The fact that the GTI Clubsport even exists is a miracle in itself. Volkswagen already offers the brilliantly capable GTI and the Golf R for those needing extra spice, while the fallout from an emissions scandal has seen the entire Volkswagen group withdraw from publicising anything overtly sporting or CO2-emitting.

We should be thankful, then, that engineers decided to celebrate the 40th birthday of one of the most influential hot hatches on the planet with a complete rascal of a machine.

The changes, tweaks and additional niceties on the Clubsport may seem subtle from afar. Slip behind the wheel, however, and all becomes clear: this is true front-wheel-drive menace that manages to give a gigantic nod to the golden era of hot hatches without compromising on the mod cons.

D-Link DCS-2530L Full HD 180-Degree Wi-Fi Camera review : The second time is the charm

This new and improved Full HD 180-Degree Wi-Fi Camera is among the best home security cameras available.

Kết quả hình ảnh cho D-Link DCS-2530L

Earlier this year, we reviewed the Full HD 180-Degree Wi-Fi Camera (model DCS-2630L), a good camera handcuffed by a limited app. This second iteration of this camera, model DCS-2530L, retains all the previous version’s strengths while eliminating its weaknesses.

At first glance, the design of the DCS-2530L would seem a carbon copy of its predecessor: a round camera body mounted to horseshoe-shaped stand, all in a black finish. But the new camera is actually about two-thirds the size of the 2630L. As one of our knocks on the earlier model was its bulk, this is a vast improvement. The ability to conceal a security camera among your home décor is desirable for both stealth and minimizing the creepy factor inherent in any kind of surveillance. This new version achieves that much better than the original.

Meizu Pro 6 Plus Exynos 8890 VS Oneplus 3T Snapdragon 821 VS Huawei Mate 9 Kirin 960 Review

Meizu has new products released every month, but there is no one like Meizu Pro 6 Plus to make Meizu stand out. Because Meizu Pro 6 Plus is powered by Samsung Exynos 8890 processor, its performance is better than other Helio smartphones. And for Huawei fans, Huawei Mate 9 released last month is also the first Kirin 960 smartphone. In Android market, Exynos 8890 and Kirin 960 are limited used in some phones, after all most smartphones are powered by Snapdragon processor. This half year, most phone uses Snapdragon 821 processor such as Oneplus 3t. Therefore, which one is the best in terms of processor, Meizu Pro 6 Plus Exynos 8890,  Oneplus 3T Snapdragon 821, or Huawei Mate 9 Kirin 960?

2017 Land Rover Discovery Dynamic Design Pack Review

The third-generation Land Rover Discovery, also known as Discovery 5 because the first two generations were split into two series, was unveiled ahead of the 2016 Paris Motor Show for the 2017 model year. Sporting the same five-door wagon layout, the new Discovery is longer, wider and taller than its predecessor. But despite being larger, it has a sportier design due to the boxy cues of the Discovery 4 model being dropped in favor of a Range Rover Sport-inspired look. With sleeker headlamps, a slanted nose, and heavily raked C-pillar, the new Discovery is solid proof that Land Rover wants to move away from its traditional square designs. New looks and technology aside, the Discovery 5 also gained a pair of revised engines and an updated automatic transmission.

At the 2016 Los Angeles Auto Show, Land Rover unveiled the first special-edition model based on the new Discovery. It goes by the name Dynamic Design Pack and comes with new exterior elements that give the SUV a sportier appearance, and cabin add-ons that enhance the vehicles premium feel.

Hands On: Crazy Fast Nighthawk X10 Router with Plex Media Server

Netgear has released its newest super duper fast router that can handle any streaming video bandwidth. I’ve spent the last month with the Netgear Nighthawk X10 AD7200 router. Netflix 4k and Amazon UHD streaming as well as VR gaming has been consistent and without a glitch. A quad-core processor, enhanced antennas, and a new WiFi standard work together to bring in the fastest WiFi speeds I’ve seen from a home network router. Along with speed, the X10 has added home network central storage and backup capabilities as well as a Plex Media Server to make it the best home theater streaming router available today. Of course, while it performs beyond that of the average router, it’s also priced above the average router at $500.

419cctw3tgl

The 802.11ac WiFi (“AC routers”) standard has been the recommendation for streaming 4K video. The Nighthawk X10 has added a newer standard—802.11ad. This standard can provide (theoretical) WiFi speeds up to 7 Gbps. Of course, we will have to wait until more streaming TVs and players have the 802.11ad receivers built in, but it does make the Nighthawk future proof for streaming needs over the next few years.

Ducati Multistrada 950 Review

Since it came out back in ’03, Ducati’s Multistrada family has gotten a lot of love from the riding community. It’s seen a number of upgrades and engine changes over the years, and the new-for-2017 “950” serves as the smallest Multistrada model this year. I wouldn’t call this an entry-level bike by any means, but it is the most accessible of  Ducati’s multi-bikes, and thus is likely to help bridge the gap for folks looking to test the adventure-bike waters as it were. A 937 cc Testastretta powerplant drives the ride with 100-plus horsepower on tap and a host of safety-related features bundled in with the Ducati Safety Pack. Today I want to check out this newest bit of Ducatisti bait, and see how the genre has continued to evolve.

Design

Ducati Multistrada 950

Adventure bikes are really a collection of unlikely design features borrowed from the “1200” and “1200 Enduro.” The 950, for instance, is a straight-up street machine with nothing in the way of off-road capabilities, yet it retains a bird’s beak front fender reminiscent of the true dual-surface bikes over a street-ish front fender. A tiered, angular fender comes with cheeks that act as a radiator cowl to protect the rad and funnel cooling air.

SVS Prime Elevation speaker review : An incredibly versatile audio solution for the home theater

These phenomenally versatile speakers can stand on their own or be incorporated into an immersive audio system for your home theater.

Sometimes you come across a product and you’re compelled to say, “Why didn’t someone think of this before?” That’s what I said after using SVS’ new Prime Elevation speaker. This is one of the smartest and most practical speakers I’ve ever come across.

Kết quả hình ảnh cho SVS Prime Elevation speaker review : An incredibly versatile audio solution for the home theater

You might be unfamiliar with SVS because the company doesn’t sell its products in big box stores. Other than Magnolia Design Centers, which sell select SVS products, you won’t find them at high-end audio retailers either. SVS has sold their wares exclusively online for years. While that’s kept the brand under the average consumer’s radar, you’ll be hard pressed to find a home-theater enthusiast who doesn’t know the brand. With a free in-home trial, free shipping, expert tech support, and a no-hassle return policy  the company has generated an extremely loyal following over the years.

Virtual reality headsets like the Oculus Rift and the HTC Vive promise incredibly immersive experiences, including 360-degree games, apps and videos. Here are the minimum specs you’ll need to experience virtual reality:

1. Intel Core i5-6300HQ processor
2. Nvidia GeForce GTX 980, 1060, 1070 or 1080 GPU
3. 8GB of RAM

2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk review

2016_jeep_cherokee_trailhawk_4wd-pic-2390264995429006253-640x480

Many folks shopping for a midsize crossover just want a vehicle with all-wheel drive that performs well in any kind of weather, like the Mazda CX-5 or Toyota RAV4. If, however, you want a vehicle that can cross a creek and drive through a rainstorm on an unmaintained dirt road to your secluded cabin in the woods, let me tell you about the 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. Just be prepared for a few on-pavement concessions.

The Cherokee, around in some form or another since 1974, debuted as a full-sized SUV. Over five generations it morphed into its current midsize crossover platform, and it currently keeps pace in sales with both the popular Wrangler and Grand Cherokee.

Divoom Voombox Travel 3 review

divoom-voombox-travel-3-04

Divoom’s Voombox Travel 3, a Bluetooth speaker that’s about the size of a creme-filled doughnut, can be found online for a mere $20 (this exact model doesn’t appear to be available in the UK or Australia, but versions of the Travel are available in the UK for around £20).

No, this little guy didn’t blow me away with its sound, but I don’t expect that much for 20 bucks, and the Voombox Travel 3 slightly exceeded my low expectations. I noticed an uptick in sound quality from the original Voombox Travel I reviewed a few years back, but it’s not a big leap.

Fossil’s Winter 2016 collection : Emporio Armani, Diesel and Kate Spade

Up close with the latest additions to Fossil’s collection of designer wearables

Fossil Group, worthy winners of our Fashion Tech Collection of the Year award has been busy churning out the wearables over the past twelve months. At the beginning of 2016, the fashion brand promised to launch 100 wearables across and we’ve done our very best to keep count.

In October it pushed closer to that number by launching 40 new devices with Diesel, Emporio Armani and Kate Spade the latest to get to the connected treatment.

Fossil's Winter 2016 collection

Following the same design blueprint as the likes of the Skagen Hagen Connected and the Fossil Q Grant, it’s continuing to add the same smarts we’ve seen previously in a subtle way. Whether that’s giving you nudge when a notification comes through on your smartphone or counting steps like a fitness tracker.

2017 Lotus Exige Sport 380 Review

Lotus was undergoing a bit a crises when its current CEO, Jean-Marc Gales, came onboard in 2014. But after spending nearly forty years in the red, the British brand is back in the black and doing what it does best – making lightweight sports cars for adrenaline-hungry enthusiasts. And that’s very good news indeed, because it means we get machines like this – the Exige Sport 380. Framed as a follow-up to the Sport 350 unveiled late last year, the 380 takes the tried-and-true Exigeformula to even greater heights, making for the lightest, most powerful, most downforce-generating, and flat-out fastest model to ever wear the nameplate since it was first introduced in the year 2000. Offered as either a coupe or a roadster, this new range-topper is a bona fide street-legal track terror, packed with OCD weight saving details and legendary handling refinement.

Optoma HD142X 3D DLP Projector Review

product-image

You might not be aware of it, but there’s a new war going on. No, it’s not between countries, ideologies, or individuals; it’s between DLP projector manufacturers. A handful of companies are battling to provide a single-chip model that delivers the best-looking, brightest picture at the lowest price. Over the past few months, I’ve reported on two such projectors, the ViewSonic LightStream Pro7827HD ($890, Sound & Vision, September) and the InFocus ScreenPlay SP1080 ($549, see review at soundandvision.com). Next up: Optoma’s HD142X ($579), another affordable model aimed at the casual home theater fan and gamer.

At a foot wide by 9 inches deep and weighing only 5.5 pounds, the HD142X is compact enough for portable use. This 3D-capable 1080p-res projector uses a sixsegment (RGBCYW) color wheel and features Texas Instruments’ BrilliantColor technology to enhance color richness. It also has a Reference preset picture mode that, according to Optoma, delivers accurate Rec. 709 color straight out of the box. Brightness is spec’d at 3,000 lumens and lamp life at 6,000 hours when the projector is used in Eco lamp mode.

The Kawasaki Ninja is one of the most recognized models in the world, right up there with the likes of Honda’s CBR  and Suzuki’s GSX-R  families. The 2017 650 models can trace their roots back to the original 650R that rolled out 11 years ago. In order to stay competitive in this market, there necessarily have been a number of changes through the years, and the ’17 models benefit from a number of updates and revisions. The ’17 MY lineup sees the new-and-improved Ninja 650 in both the ABS and non-ABS versions as well as the black and green, Kawasaki Racing Team livery. Today I’m going to tackle this newest, mid-size Ninja and check out all the new stuff Kawi packed on in an effort to keep its iconic sportbike line relevant.

Relonch hands-on: Subscription camera meets AI Photoshop whizz

For most people, their wedding day is the only time in life that they get the benefit of a professional photographer, but Relonch wants to change all that. Pairing their leather-wrapped, control-scarce 291 camera with the smarts of a virtual Photoshop pro in the cloud, the company’s goal is to bring you out from behind the lens and back into the moment, only without sacrificing great pictures in the process. Question is, can that be worth a not-inconsiderable monthly subscription? I slung a blue suede camera around my neck for a week to find out.

The Relonch name might be familiar to you. A little over two years ago, the company caught some headlines with its idea of a camera attachment for the iPhone. Effectively a battery case with an APS-C sensor and large-aperture lens on the back, into which an iPhone slots, the concept was better photography than Apple’s handset itself could offer, yet with the connectivity and app ecosystem iOS empowers.
