Fujifilm X-E3 vs X-T20 vs X-T2 vs X-E2S – Comparison

Here is the Fujifilm X-E3 vs X-T20 vs X-T2 vs X-E2S comparison that shows the highlights of the X-E and X-T series cameras.

Kết quả hình ảnh cho Fujifilm X-E3

Fujifilm has unveiled the X-E3 mirrorless camera with 24MP sensor and 4K video. Designed in a more compact and lightweight body, the new rangefinder-style camera is a more touchscreen-driven model to the SLR-like X-T20.

The X-E3 has improved AF Tracking algorithm so that it can track smaller and faster subjects. The company also announced that this improved algorithm will also come to the X-T2, X-T20, X100F and X-Pro2 in firmware updates in November and December 2017.

If you’re trying to decide which one to buy as your first camera, check out the differences between the Fujifilm X-E3 vs X-T20 vs X-T2 vs X-E2S.

2017 Audi A5 TFSI quattro v Lexus RC200t comparison

The Audi A5 TFSI and Lexus RC200t are to cars what wrestling is to boxing. They look like the real thing from a distance, but in actual fact they’re softer versions of their respective performance siblings, the RS5 and RC F.

But, is that such a bad thing? Wrestling has millions of fans worldwide and to most people, it’s pretty much the same thing as any other type of fighting.

2017 Audi A5 TFSI quattro v Lexus RC200t comparison

Both the Audi A5 and Lexus RC are predominantly purchased by young-middle aged professionals without families. They’re style statements that set a precedent for the life you lead – my dentist has one, for example. Yes, I agree he gets paid too much.

While the old Audi A5 was getting quite long in the tooth, this new one sets a new benchmark for technology and build quality for Audi. It makes the Lexus RC look and feel much older than it is, making the price difference even harder to justify.

Best 8th Gen Core Laptops You Can Buy Soon

Intel’s 8th Gen Core will begin adding power to more laptops very soon. To start, some of our existing favorite laptops are getting the bump to 8th Gen, which Intel promises will deliver performance upgrades of up to 40 percent. We expect to see a wider variety of devices in a very short time. Here’s what we’re most looking forward to:

Dell XPS 13

Our current favorite overall laptop is getting a nice speed boost. Dell claims that between 8th Gen Core CPUs and its Dynamic Power Mode, users should get up to 44 percent more power. Otherwise, the laptop remains unchanged, which means you still have a laptop with a gorgeous edge-to-edge screen and comfy carbon-fiber finish. It will be available for you to buy on Sept. 12, with orders shipping out later that month.

Samsung Gear Fit2 Pro guide: What you need to know about the new tracker

Meet the fitness tracker that’s going big on swimming

Thanks to numerous leaks over the past couple of months, including some on Samsung’s own website, we’ve known about the Gear Fit2 Pro for a while – but now it’s official.

Samsung Gear Fit2 Pro guide

The Fit2 Pro was announced at IFA alongside the Gear Sport, and it follows in its footsteps with 5ATM waterproofing, so you’ll finally be able to track your swimming sessions, unlike the Gear Fit2.

What else do you need to know about Samsung’s next entry in the fitness tracker battle royale? Come along, friends.

Features and build

The big thing you’ll notice about the Fit2 Pro is that it eschews the multiple color options of its predecessor, the Fit2, for two colors: black and black with red trimming. Otherwise, you’ll notice the same beautiful 1.5-inch 216 x 432 curbed AMOLED display.

Honda Civic Type R vs Ford Focus RS vs BMW M140i vs Seat Leon Cupra 300 review

Honda has, in recent years, developed a bit of a reputation for mucking about. Just look at the state of its Formula 1 engine programme, or the amount of time it took for the current NSX to finally see the light of day. Or even how long it made us wait for a Type R to crown the previous generation of Civic.

There has been no such dallying this time around. Mere months after launching the 10th generation Civic and – boom! – here’s the new Type R, on the road, in the UK (where it’s built, of course) and squaring up to three fantastically divergent rivals, all of which sit happily under the broad hot hatch umbrella.

Honda Civic Type R meets its rivals. Shot for CAR by Alex Tapley

Presumably it helped the development process that the 2.0-litre turbocharged engine is an evolution of the last one, rather than something that needed building from scratch, but you also sense this car has been forged in fire by a Honda that’s determined to prove a point. The heat involved in this process may also explain the slightly melty looking rear bumper.

ASUS ROG GL503VD, GL503VM, GL503VS + Hero and SCAR Edition – what are the differences?

We receive a lot of questions about the differences between many of the models on the market and their exact specs (btw, that’s why we built our Specs System) but we think that sometimes even the manufacturers could get confused if someone asks them some questions about a part of their own model lineups, hidden behind shiny marketing names.

If you’re interested in the GL703 (17-inch) versions, check this article.

In this article, we’ll try to reveal everything you might need to know about all of the GL503 versions. Let’s start with that – there are 7 different GL503 series – two traditional GL503 (GL503VD and GL503VM), two “ASUS ROG Hero Edition” and three “ASUS ROG SCAR Edition” series. The latter two are sold by ASUS as different laptop lines but they’re actually GL503s with very little differences.

We can put all of the GL503s in three categories – GL503VD, GL503VM and GL503VS. In terms of hardware, thе GPU is the easiest way to distinguish the models. GL503VD comes with GTX 1050, GL503VM comes with GTX 1060, and GL503VS comes with GTX 1070. The Hero and SCAR editions are actually almost the same as the traditional GL503 but with a different design.

Canon EOS 100D vs Canon 200D Comparisons Review

When you find that your photography needs more than your compact camera or bridge camera can offer, the next step is an entry-level DSLR. One of the most popular models since its release in 2013 has been the Canon EOS 100D, but that’s just been surpassed with the announcement of the Canon EOS 200D – a new, next-generation DSLR that combines the familiarity of easy touchscreen controls with superb image quality.

Canon 100D vs 200D

The main differences between the newer Canon 200D and the older 100D include a higher resolution sensor, faster image processing, faster and more accurate autofocus, a vari-angle touchscreen, faster continuous shooting, better quality Full HD video with more accurate focusing, added wireless connectivity, and improved usability with Guide Mode.

Vivo Y69 Quick Hands-on Review: A Refreshed V5 Lite

It’s the little upgrades that made the phone special

Aside from the FullView-Equipped V7+, Vivo also launched the Y69: another selfie-centric phone from the Chinese brand. While it may look similar to Vivo’s previous phones, the Y69 does have a few differences, particularly with some of its features.

Vivo Y69 Specs

ASUS ROG GL703VD, GL703VM + SCAR Edition – what are the differences?

Recently, we took an in-depth look at ASUS’ GL503 laptop lines, showing you all the specs and differences between them. Since there are 7 types of GL503, many users were left confused and it looks like we’ve stumbled upon the same case with its bigger sibling GL703. Even the folks who support the official site of ASUS “changed their minds” several times, not being sure whether the Taiwanese company will launch a VS version of the 17.3-inch gaming notebook. Well, our latest info says that the “GL703VS” project is ditched for now and you’ll have to choose between GTX 1050 (VD) and GTX 1060 (VM).

So, let’s get straight into the specs. Just as the traditional GL703, the GL703 SCAR Edition can be divided to two variants – GL703VD and GL703VM. Of course, the most important difference is the GPU – VD means GTX 1050 and VM means GTX 1060. This is well known, though, but what’s not well known is that there are three display options. Two for the traditional versions – Full HD IPS 60Hz (25 ms) and Full HD IPS 120 Hz (25 ms), and one for the SCAR Edition – Full HD TN 120 Hz (5 ms). The latter panel has pretty fast response time but you’ll have to sacrifice the advantages of having an IPS screen (wider viewing angles, better colors, etc).

14 easy ways to improve the Apple Watch’s battery life

If you’re struggling to make your Watch last a day, read this simple guide

The Apple Watch’s battery life, whether it be Series 1 or Series 2, was significantly improved for a lot of users by watchOS 3.1 and should hopefully get better with watchOS 4 too. But it still requires nightly charging, and if you happen to forget to charge it you’ll be frustrated the next day when it struggles to make it to lunch.

The good news is that there are several ways to quickly and easily extend battery life so that you can stretch past lunch and, if you’re really lucky, until you’re back home.

14 ways to boost Apple Watch battery

So if you’re struggling to keep your Apple Watch alive all day, read on for our suggestions.

1. Disable Wake on Wrist Raise

The Apple Watch uses its gyroscope and accelerometer to instantly turn on the display for easy viewing whenever you raise your wrist. Unfortunately, this means that any time you raise your wrist the display will activate. Like when you’re watching a movie, or raising your hand, or stretching. And each time it does, it pings the battery.

Astell & Kern Kann review

As Oscar Wilde once remarked, ‘nothing succeeds like excess’. Astell & Kern’s Kann player has certainly taken that to heart. Its larger-than-life design won’t be to all tastes, but its superb sound quality makes it all worthwhile.

Build

The Kann’s pyramid-esque build is notably bulky, so much so you can’t really imagine keeping it in your pocket. It’s a little shorter than an iPhone 7 and approximately three times as thick, with a 4in 480×800 resolution touchscreen and four large control buttons at the bottom.

On the right hand side is a cylindrical volume control, which gives a satisfying click with each turn. It’s the sort of thing you can absent-mindedly play with all day.

The Kann certainly feels like a sturdy piece of kit, its aluminium body feeling beautifully finished.

Fujifilm X-E3 First Impressions Review

The Fujifilm X-E3 is a 24MP mid-level APS-C mirrorless camera, designed as a smaller, more touchscreen-driven sister model to the SLR-like X-T20.

In terms of their internal hardware and specifications, the two cameras are very similar, but the X-E3 relies more heavily on its touch panel for moment-to-moment operation, as well as retaining a more rangefinder-like form factor.

It’s slightly smaller than the previous X-E models, with the removal of the four-way controller and built-in flash allowing the body to be made a little lighter and more compact. A clip-on flash is included in the box, but it’s a simple affair with no tilt or swivel capability to compensate for the decision to make it a separate component.

OPPO A71 Quick Hands-on Review: A Sleek-Yet-Speedy Entry Level Offering

We go hands-on with OPPO’s A71!

While OPPO is known for its selfie-centric mid-range phones, the Chinese brand also wants a share of the budget smartphone market, hence the launch of its latest handset, the A71. Priced a hair under Php 9K, the A71 offers decent mid-range level specs, with its “speedy operation” as the main selling point for this phone.

Initial impressions: One sleek beauty

Holding on to the A71 for the first time, the phone feels solid, even if it uses a polycarbonate unibody design instead of the aluminum unibody design we are too familiar with. Its solid black colorway (it is also available in champagne) gives the phone a serious appeal, such that you would not even think that this is an entry-level phone. While its 5.2-inch IPS display is only HD, the colors on the A71 are bright and saturated.

At the phone’s front, you also get your capacitative buttons at the bottom, and your 5-megapixel, f/2.4 camera on top, right beside the earpiece.

TCL Roku TV 55P607 Review: Expanded Color Gives This TV an Edge

Usually, choosing an inexpensive TV means accepting the fact that you’ll get fewer features. TCL is trying to break that stereotype. Its modestly priced, 55-inch 55P607 is a 4K set with high-dynamic-range (HDR) support. The combination means this LCD TV is ready for the best, highest-resolution content available, with more colors and better brightness.

The 55P607 is even compatible with Dolby Vision, a proprietary version of HDR that has been appearing in more top-tier sets. And because this is a Roku TV, you get an intuitive smart-TV interface with plenty of streaming channel options.

All of this does bring a slight price premium — $649, compared to similar 4K sets such as the  Insignia 4K Roku TV (which is about $150 less) — but TCL delivers a better picture for the money.

Design: Black on Black

The TCL’s plastic black-on-black chassis doesn’t distinguish it from other sets on the market and it sits on two plain, arched feet, like many models. At 3 inches deep, it’s not the thinnest, either.

Campagna T-Rex 16SP Review

Okay, so it’s got a steering wheel and bucket seats, but it’s classified as a motorcycle in many states, and we weren’t going to turn down a chance to drive a lightweight three-wheeled car powered by a six-cylinder engine from BMW’s K1600 touring platform. That, as it turned out, was a smart choice, as the T-Rex is one of the most exhilarating motor vehicles you can aim down the road – the twistier, the better.

In fact, if anyone ever reviews one of these and doesn’t take it on a really twisty road, their findings will be worthless to anyone with a sporting bone in their body. The visually arresting T-Rex isn’t practical or cheap, but driving it is the most fun you can have on three tires while holding a steering wheel.

Of course, like all great things, there’s a price to pay for the privilege. The MSRP for the T-Rex 16S starts at $57,999, and it’s a wild-looking vehicle (autocycle is the latest descriptor and a term adopted by 40 states, says Polaris’ Slingshot crew) powered by BMW’s wonderfully whooping inline-six-cylinder motor claiming 160 hp at its crankshaft from its 1649cc. We tested the 16SP version, which adds adjustable dampers with remote reservoirs, a shorter-turn rack-and-pinion steering rack, uprated brakes and special wheels for an MSRP of $63,999.

Erato Muse 5 Wireless Headphones Review

Kết quả hình ảnh cho Erato Muse 5

The Erato Muse 5 headphones are an interesting take on the truly wireless earbud, which is quickly becoming a popular form factor. They’ve got a straightforward design and usage that’s almost no-frills and hints at a company still looking for the right combination of form and function. For now, the $179 earbuds offer nearly 4 hours of battery life in an understated, water-resistant design that makes them a good choice for the gym or for casual listening. However, an uncomfortable fit and confusing multifunction buttons keep the Muse 5 from being a top-tier product.

Design

Following its first successful launch, of the Apollo 7 wireless headphones on Kickstarter a little over a year ago, Erato went back to the drawing board and designed the Muse 5 after listening to feedback from customers.

Yamaha YAS-107 soundbar review: This speaker delivers plenty of bang for the buck

Highly intelligible dialog and great overall performance make Yamaha’s sound bar a top performer in its price class.

Kết quả hình ảnh cho Yamaha YAS-107

Yamaha’s new YAS-107 soundbar offers several refinements from its predecessor, the YAS-106, and therefore takes its place as our top recommendation in the budget price class.  On the outside, the YAS-107 sports a sleeker shape than its predecessor. On the inside, there are two 1-inch dome tweeters, two 2-1/8-inch midrange drivers, and two 3-inch cone subwoofers in a dual-ported design. There’s a bass port on each end of the soundbar.

A 30-watt amplifier is dedicated to the front-left and -right drivers, while a 60-watt amplifier handles the bass drivers. While the configuration might look the same as the YAS-106, Yamaha told me it offers several improvements over the previous generation. The drivers are a new design, as is the amp. The internal cabinet has also been redesigned. Yamaha says that these incremental improvements contributed to the YAS-107’s improved midrange and clearer dialog.

Geeni Vision 720P Smart Camera review: A basic and budget-friendly home security camera

Though short on advanced features, this less-than-$100 security camera is long on ease of use.

geeni vision 1

While DIY security cameras grow more sophisticated with “intelligent” alerts and smart-home integrations, there’s still a niche for something more basic. The Geeni Vision is that kind of camera. The Geeni line, which also includes smart plugs and smart bulbs, offers two versions of the Vision: a 720p model ($70) that we review here, and a 1080p model ($90).

The camera is encased in a white plastic (it’s also available in gray) sphere that fittingly evokes an eyeball. The sphere is cupped in a U-shaped stand that allows you to manually swivel the camera up and down to adjust the viewing angle. The power cord—a USB cable and adapter—plugs into the back of the stand. Aesthetically speaking, the Vision doesn’t try to blend in with any particular style of decor, but its small size and subtle design guarantees it won’t draw unwanted attention either.

The Vision’s feature set is as basic as they come. It has a 115-degree field of view and streams and records video in 720p resolution. It includes night vision, a mic and speaker for two-way audio, and a motion-detection sensor.

Razer Power Bank Review

Kết quả hình ảnh cho Razer Power Bank Review

For those of us who are constantly on the go, there’s nothing worse than looking at your laptopor phone and discovering you’ve got only 15 percent of battery life. From there, you’re forced to make difficult choices. Do you fire off that last email, or watch a few more fail videos? With the Razer Power Bank, a low battery can be a thing of the past. Wrapped in sleek black aluminum, the 12,800-milliamp portable charger can charge smartphones and tablets quickly, thanks to its Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 technology. And if you happen to own a USB Type-C powered laptop, you can plug it in and get several hours more of battery life. However, the $149.99 price might give all but the most tech-addicted among us pause.

Design

It’s just not a Razer Blade product unless it’s swathed in stately black CNC aluminum. So I wasn’t in the least bit surprised when I took the Power Bank out of its packaging. Keeping with the Razer aesthetic, the Power Bank even has the three-headed snake emblem stamped on the top of the device, minus the eerie green glow. That doesn’t mean, however, that the Power Bank is just a slab of black metal.

Samsung Galaxy S8 Active Review: Practically Indestructible

Samsung’s Galaxy S8 is the best smartphone you can buy right now, but it has one glaring flaw: a glass back. It looks damn good, but the glass also makes the S8 prone to slipping off any slightly tilted surface. And if you don’t have a good grip on it, the phone could also slide right out of your hand and onto a hard floor.

So Samsung introduced an Active version of the S8. For a $100 premium, the $850 S8 Active offers military-grade protection from the elements in addition to all the features that made the original S8 so great.

Is it worth the extra cost and added bulk? I put the S8 Active through its paces to see how it stacked up to the Galaxy S8.

Ford Ranger Raptor confirmed for 2018

[su_youtube url=”https://youtu.be/lkSgsWjmxt4″]

Ford has confirmed that the Ranger Raptor performance ute will join the line-up, arriving in Asia-Pacific markets next year.

The Ford Ranger Raptor will join the larger F-150 Raptor in the Blue Oval’s global off-road performance line-up, though is yet to disclose what will power the new hardcore ute.

“We are very excited to bring Asia Pacific’s toughest and smartest pickup truck to a whole new level,” said Trevor Worthington, vice president of product development for Ford Asia Pacific.

“Ford Ranger Raptor will offer Ranger fans a fantastic opportunity to own an authentic off-road performance version of their favorite truck for the first time.”

CarAdvice exclusively broke the story about the Ranger Raptor in 2015 and followed that up with the first spy photos of the prototype vehicle in the video. And, just a month ago, spy photographers in the US snapped a Ranger Raptor prototype undergoing testing, revealing the performance model’s multi-link coil-sprung rear suspension setup with a Watt’s linkage, rear disc brakes, and chunky BF Goodrich 285/70 R17 All-Terrain TA tyres – the latter potentially raising the Ranger’s ground clearance from 225mm to 254mm.

Logitech G613 Review: A Wireless Gaming Keyboard, at Last

The G613 is the very first wireless gaming keyboard from a major manufacturer, and as such, it has a lot of expectations riding on it. Wireless headsets and mice were considered second-rate and unreliable just a few years ago; if the time has come for keyboards to cut the cord, they’ll need to demonstrate that they’re not only technically flawless, but also better-designed than their wired companions.

While the G613 succeeds on the first count, it doesn’t quite go far enough on the second. In terms of pure functionality, Logitech has made better keyboards than this one. At the same time, if the G613 is supposed to demonstrate the viability of wireless gaming keyboards, it succeeds with flying colors.

Samsung Galaxy J7 Core Quick Hands-on Review: Budget Gaming Phone?

We go hands-on with Samsung’s Galaxy J7 Core

With so many budget phones in the market right now, companies really have to have a great hook for people to fork over their hard-earned cash for their new phone. For Samsung, that hook is mobile gaming – they’re hoping that their collaboration with the hit mobile game, Mobile Legends and the performance of their Galaxy J7 Core in said game will be enough for you to consider it.

Samsung Galaxy J7 Core specs

Hands-on with new Fujifilm X-E3

Fujifilm has just taken the wraps off a brand new camera: the X-E3. Successor to the X-E2S, we’ll admit that the X-E3 took us rather by surprise. After the release of the X-T10 and X-T20 we had assumed that the rangefinder-style X-E line was all but dead.

Hands-on with new Fujifilm X-E3

We don’t mind being proven wrong though, especially given that the X-E3 looks like a really nice camera. Fujifilm kindly loaned us a prototype for a few days, and we’ve taken a closer look at what we’re starting to think of as a mini X-Pro2.

Compared to the X-E2S, the new X-E3 is slightly smaller, and a little lighter. The design is cleaner, too. The X-E2S’s hard cutout in the handgrip is gone, likewise the non-continuous contour of the metal top-plate. You’ll notice that the X-E3 features a front control dial, which while largely redundant if you’re using lenses with a dedicated aperture dial, can be handy.

2018 Harley-Davidson CVO Street Glide Review – First Ride

In all the hoorah over the new Softail line, many riders may have missed the announcement of the Harley-Davidsontouring lineup for 2018. Although there weren’t many changes to the standard touring models which had a major revamp last year, the CVO (Custom Vehicle Operations) models, which always have to stay a couple steps ahead of the lesser machinery, did receive a few alterations for the upcoming model year. Fortunately, we got our hands on a 2018 Harley-Davidson CVO Street Glide to see how those changes – though largely cosmetic (with two notable exceptions) – shake out.

The biggest change to the CVO Street Glide comes in the form of bigger pistons. Last year, when the engine displaced a mere 114 cu. in. (1868cc) the piston bore was 101.6mm (4.0 in.) in diameter. While the stroke has remained the same 114.3mm, the bore has grown to 103.6mm (4.1 in) in diameter for a new displacement of 1917cc – a 49cc bump. While that may not sound huge, it’s big enough to be the largest production engine ever available from Harley-Davidson. Although the engine displacement grew, a surprising feature was taken away. This year’s CVO Street Glide is oil-cooled as opposed to liquid-cooled. The Twin-Cooled radiators that lived in the CVO SG’s lowers have been removed to make way for the second addition to the 2018 CVO.
