On September 15th, the next big expansion to Destiny will see release. TitledThe Taken King, it will of course feature a number of new player-vs-enemy (PVE) activities, including story missions, a raid, and lots of gear like weapons and armor. But it will also include new multiplayer content, like player-vs-player (PVP) maps and game modes. Destiny‘s developer Bungie has announced that starting September 8th, the week before The Taken King‘s release will see the new PVP content available for everyone to try for free.

Citroen has unveiled a new concept car called the Cactus M Concept. The concept car is meant to remind Citroen fans of the Mehari, an old Citroen design with no top aimed at beach goers. The Cactus M Concept is based on a road-going version of the Cactus with some significant changes. The biggest change is that this concept car is a open top design.

 

While the road-going car has four doors, the Cactus M Concept has two. On top of the roof of the car, the rear windshield bar and front header bar are designed to allow drivers to secure things like surfboards to the roof of the car.

The ZTE Axon is definitely a strange beast. Unlike your usual Chinese brand smartphone, it launched first in the US. When it did launch in China, it took on a slightly different form, the Axon Elite which adds three biometric security features to the already high end smartphone. Now, after barely two months,ZTE is taking the IFA 2015 floor to announce that the Axon Elite, not the plain Axon, will also be available in Europe, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific markets in the coming months.

A few days ago, a leak happened that gave us our first look at the Motorola Moto X Force smartphone. That leak showed us a device in white or black colors. Some new leaked images have surfaced that show the smartphone in a different hue. It appears the Moto X Force will come in black, red, and white colors.

The images of the white and red versions show the same triangular pattern on the back cover of the smartphone. The black version has a different back panel texture than the other two. The black phone also has a different texture than the photos we saw in the previous leak show.

The manufacturer isn’t still spilling all the beans but is teasing just enough to keep things interesting. The 5-inch POP STAR, for example, boasts of a wide array of covers to choose from while the POP UP shows some muscle with its octa-core processor. And Alcatel’s new GO line comes with a smartphone and a smartwatch for more active users.

Android 5.1 Lollipop is currently rolling out toNexus devices with a few changes in tow. One of those changes alters the functionality of the quick toggles for both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth in the Quick Settings panel.

Accessing the panel is still the same, requiring you to swipe down from the top of your screen with two fingers. Alternatively, you can swipe with one finger to reveal notifications, followed by another to reveal quick settings.

I enjoy being able to respond to texts from my MacBook Pro and iPad when my iPhone is charging, but I’m less sold on sharing phone calls between all three devices. I don’t like the cacophony of ringtones when all three devices are nearby, and I find that even when it’s charging, my iPhone is never too far away that I can’t grab it to take a call.

There are plenty of quality iOS applications for marking up documents and photos, but there’s something to be said about a native solution created by Apple.

With iOS 9, users will have the ability to draw, sign and type on a document or photo attachment without having to leave the Mail app in a similar vein to that of the Markup feature found on OS X.

When viewing an email with an attachment on your iPad — say, one asking for your signature — long-press on the attachment and then select Markup and Reply from the share sheet. iPhone users will need to single-tap the document to preview it, then tap on the Markup icon in the lower-right corner of the screen. It looks like a toolbox.

Processors up to the 6th-generation Intel Core i7 are available. Buyers can also choose to fit the machine with up to NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M gaming grade graphics with up to 4GB of video memory.
