ASUS Zenfone 3 Zoom Initial Hands-on Review : ZF3 Killer?

Phones with dual cameras are no longer niche devices nowadays, as evidenced by the launch of dual-camera equipped models of many OEMs in the past few months. ASUS is the latest company to launch their own dual-camera equipped device in the form of the Zenfone 3 Zoom. And while the original Zenfone Zoom managed to deliver on its promise of providing optical zoom capabilities in a handy package, it was lacking in both image quality and fidelity.

This year ASUS aims to change that with the ZF3 Zoom, which uses the dual-camera tech to achieve the promises of the original without sacrificing image quality.

JJRC H30CH Review – A Mini RC Quadcopter with 2MP Camera RTF Version

The JJRC H30CH is an upgraded version of the H30C model. The differences from the previous model is that this has altitude hold function. Activating this mode, your drone will not fly upward, even if you release the throttle stick. The H30C doesn’t feature this mode, so will continue going up! The H30CH is for sure the best gift for beginners.

Design

The JJRC H30CH has a little strange shape, as it looks like a small ball ready to fly! It comes out in red and black and uses mode 2 for the controller. The transmitter uses the 2.4GHz frequency in order to communicate with the drone and have no interference. For this also uses 4 channels for better results. The H30CH is equipped with 6 axis for more stability and on it we will find a 2.0MP camera. ready to take images or shoot video if needed. The package size is 14.5 x 11 x 8cm and weights 192g. Inside the package there is a brand gift box.

Hands on: Samsung Chromebook Pro review

samsung-chromebook-pro-680x438

Over the years we’ve seen Chrome OS and Android steadily merge and now the union seems to have finally culminated in the Samsung Chromebook Pro.

It’s part Chromebook and part Android device with a 360-degree convertible laptop design and 12.3-inch 3:2 screen reminiscent of tablets. What’s more, the Pro debuts stylus support on Chrome OS for the first time ever.

Weighing in at a scant 1.08Kg (2.38lbs), this all metal Chromebook is one of the lightest laptops we’ve ever used. The design centers around rounded edges and a soft metal similar to the recently updated Samsung Notebook 9 and theSamsung Galaxy Tab Pro S before it.

Hands on: LG OLED W7 Signature Series review

The LG W7 Signature OLED TV is 2.57mm thin. Not just at the top. Not just at the bottom. It’s nearly 2.57mm all the way through.

There’s no other TV in the world that can make this claim, and any that come close don’t have LG OLED’s near-perfect black levels, infinite contrast and expanded color gamut.

It’s what we as home entertainment enthusiasts have been waiting for since the first flat screen, and – take a breath – it’s finally arrived.

The LG W7, also known as LG’s Signature W Series, will come in both 65-inch and 77-inch versions and sit at the top of LG’s OLED line-up this year that consists of new-and-improved B7, C7, E7 and G7 series. (The differences between them, LG tells me, are aesthetic-only – it’s all the same hardware inside the panel.)

2015 – 2017 Victory Gunner Review

Victory’s Gunner brings modern, V-twin performance and a fresh take on the classic Bobber  look. Essentially unchanged between 2015 and 2017, the Gunner carries the Freedom 106/6 mill that pushes it into the power-cruiser category with 100-plus pounds of grunt and a top speed upwards of 130 mph. It needs every bit of that power to compete against the other big U.S. players; Harley-Davidson and Victory’s sister under the Polaris umbrella and longtime H-D foe, Indian Motorcycles. As the new kid on a very tough block, Victory bills itself as the American Performance brand, a brave moniker if you aren’t prepared to back it up. Let’s see what Victory has in store for us in its base-model cruiser, ya’ know, other than the monster V-twin.

Design

Victory Gunner

The Gunner attempts to hail back to the custom Bobber/Gasser styles that saw everything non-essential removed, and everything that remained cut down to a minimum. Right off the bat we have a cut-down front fender that is made to look even more insignificant by the fat front tire and blackout fork sliders.

Hands on: ZTE Blade V8 Pro review

ZTE Blade Pro V8 is the Chinese phone maker’s budget phone that steals away flagship smartphone features while maintaining an incredibly cheaper price.

It’s an Android phone with a dual camera system, a fingerprint sensor and a big battery that competes with some of the best cheap phones in the UK and US.

The biggest surprise to us at CES 2017 was that the feature-filled Blade phone series is finally coming to the US. ZTE is trying to make a name for itself as the current No. 2 ‘no contract’ phone maker.

While it doesn’t go as far as using a top-of-the-line Snapdragon chip, pushing the its 1080p display to the limit or running the latest version of Android, everything that’s here is a bargain for thrifty shoppers.

Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon (2017) preview: The best business laptop money can buy?

If there’s one so-called “business laptop” brand that keeps its customers happy time and again, that would be ThinkPad. The once IBM-owned brand has remained strong under the wings of its Lenovo acquisition and its latest 2017 product, the X1 Carbon, is a notable upgrade over previous models that hurls this ThinkPad into the stratosphere. Indeed, it looks like one of the best business laptops that money can buy.

phpqmob9u

At first glance the trim bezel around the 14-inch screen looks rather Dell XPS-esque by design. The ThinkPad isn’t quite as trim to the edges to our eyes, but it’s a far cry from the chunky bezel of old. It means a 14-inch screen can fit into a typical 13-inch laptop form factor.

Panasonic Lumix GX800 preview: Small but perfectly formed

For all that the Lumix GF7 was compact, it wasn’t the prettiest camera around. Hitting the UK in early 2015, the slightly-updated GF8 skipped the UK and the US, but added some features that find their way into this new GX800.

One of the important moves, however, is tidying up the design for a better-looking camera overall. For the smallest and cheapest model in the Lumix G family, that’s an important point and well executed. Announced at CES 2017, we had our hands on this dinky CSC prior to launch for a quick preview.

php2erf3n

Following the narrative we’ve already started, the GX800 presents a simpler design than previous GF models, ditching the bump that houses the flash for a more seamless top line. This gives the illusion of being a more compact model, moving on from the mock DLSR design, to something a little more like Olympus’ E-PL models.

Blackberry Mercury preview: Fingerprint scanner and QWERTY keyboard for BB’s next flagship

Say hello to the next flagship BlackBerry phone, codename Mercury.

Looks like a beaut, doesn’t it? Only – and despite getting a preview session via new parent company TCL (which owns Alcatel) at CES 2017 – we don’t know a huge amount about the forthcoming phone. It’s all kept shtum for the time being, before a full unveil at Mobile World Congress later in the year.

phpxhuwdf

There are some obvious BlackBerry hallmarks in the Mercury: that full QWERTY keyboard being the most apparent. It has capacitive buttons that can be swiped across to control the Android handset, much like the BlackBerry Priv (and much-maligned Passport).

2015 – 2017 Suzuki DR200S Review

Suzuki brings dual-sport capabilities to the entry-level sector with its DR200S. A heavy emphasis on off-road performance defines the overall look of the thing, and a 199 cc engine drives it over hill and dale as well as down the road with all the appropriate lighting for safety and legalities. The end result seems to be a functional, if plain, bike that provides a stable ride and moderate power with a humble overall bearing. A carry-over for the last few years, it hasn’t changed much, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing.

Design

I like to think of dual-sport bikes as the natural, next-step evolution of the Enduro class, which is itself a dual-surface machine, but while most enduros come off looking like a straight-up dirtbike with turn signals added almost as an afterthought, the dual-sport bikes are clearly next gen.

Honor 6X vs Moto G4 vs Moto G4 Plus: What’s the difference?

Chinese manufacturer Honor announced at CES 2017 that it would be bringing its 6X smartphone to the US and Europe. The device arrives in early January for £225/$337.5 and it brings with it some pretty impressive specs for the cash.

Here is how the Honor 6X compares to the kings of budget smartphones: the Moto G4 and Moto G4 Plus.

2015 – 2017 Suzuki GSX-R600 Review

The Suzuki GSX-R made a splash all the way back in 1985, and quickly became a motorcycle-household name, complete with a smooth nickname that just rolls right off the tongue. Since then, the Gixxer has been in continuous production over a wide range of engine sizes, and has even been supplemented by the similar, but more street-friendly, GSX-S range.

Introduced in 1992, the GSX-R600 has been in almostcontinuous production with a brief hiatus from ’94 through ’96, and it continues its legacy into the 2016 model year (so far). Today I want to take a look at what Suzuki has done to keep this long-running family viable and competitive against its many adversaries on both track and street.

Design

Suzuki GSX-R600

Naturally, the Gixxer 600 looks like it would be perfectly comfortable at your local racetrack. The molded front fairing forms a one-piece entry from the jet canopy-like wind deflector, down the gaping maw of the cowling to the chin fairing that extends all the way back to the swingarm pivot.

Hands on: Lenovo Legion Y720 review

Lenovo is taking its gaming laptop line to the next level with a very virtual reality-focused Legion 720

On top of ditching the old IdeaPad moniker used by the previous Y700 and Y70, Lenovo has given its 15.6-inch mobile gaming rig a complete internal refresh with Kaby Lake processors and Nvidia Pascal graphics to make this a VR ready machine – which coincidentally, Lenovo just doubled down on by teasing its own headset.

rcyaewwcmqltgzufibnmkh-650-80

Getting back to the laptop, though, it retains much of the design of its predecessor with an all black and red color scheme. There are some slight differences with the Legion Y720 being slightly thinner and sharper.

2015 – 2017 Harley-Davidson V-Rod Muscle Review

Back in 2001, Harley-Davidson introduced its VRSC “V-Rod” to the motorcycle world to compete with both imported and domestic (U.S.) muscle bikes The factory teamed up with Porsche  to design the aptly-named “Revolution” engine to power this new drag bike and the evolution of the “Revolution” has continued ever since.

One needs to look no further than the V-Rod Muscle to appreciate how the Vehicle and Powertrain Operations factory in Kansas City, Missouri, has spent the last 14 years. This drag bike maintains the design concepts of the original VRSC, with the subtle improvements that one expects given the popularity of the bike and the ever-increasing strides in technology over the past decade and a half.

2017 Mercedes-AMG GT Review

G-Power is known within automotive and aftermarket circles for being a progressive tuner that isn’t afraid to take on high-profile vehicles, mostly of the BMW variety. But every so often, G-Power goes outside of its own hen house to tackle other German brands and such is the case this time with its new program for the Mercedes-AMG GT. Truth be told, the German tuner has been dipping into the Silver Arrows well quite often in recent months, having given us tuning kits for the AMG G63and the AMG S63. It’s nice to see G-Power keep up that form with this AMG GT kit that ramps up the output of the German sports car to an impressive 610 horsepower.

Keeping with its history of building meaningful kits for performance cars, G-Power’s work on the AMG GT largely revolves around the coupe’s 4.0-liter twin-turbo V-8 engine. Sure, there are auxiliary upgrades added into the mix, but this kit is pretty much focused on that V-8 engine and that’s a good thing considering that the power gains amount to an increase of 148 ponies over the sports coupe’s standard power figure of 462 horses.

Yamaha Aventage RX-A3060 A/V Receiver Review

Buying an A/V receiver has always been a challenge, even to the well informed. Incoming technologies add still more complexity. Sometimes, however, they also generate new priorities and narrow your choices. Sure, Dolby Atmos and DTS:X require you to add more speakers and make your system more elaborate. But if you want to run those formats in their most effectively enveloping configurations, your shopping expedition for a receiver has suddenly become a lot simpler.

Within Yamaha’s Aventage line, the RX-A3060 reviewed here, with its nine onboard amps and 11.2-channel processing, is the only model that can run the new height-enhanced surround formats in 7.2.4 channels; only an outboard stereo amp is required to complete the setup. If your goal is a mere 5.2.4 channels, eliminating the back-surrounds but keeping the four height channels, you have this and one additional choice, the RX-A2060 ($1,700), also with nine amplifiers built in, but without the upgradeability to 7.2.4.

Acer Rugged Chromebook 11 N7 preview: The tough laptop the kids won’t break

Acer continues its focus on the mass market, with a new rugged-build Chromebook designed for the classroom that the kids won’t break.

The tongue-twister-named Rugged Acer Chromebook 11 N7 (C731) isn’t trying to win design and dazzle your eyes with its looks, it’s trying to provide a cost-effective Chromebook solution for under the €300 mark (assume that’ll be £300 then).

There’s no fan inside, so the silent operation and low-power consumption is said to continue for up to 12-hours of use per charge.

php3jyqnk

While a lot of Chromebook functionality is based on having an internet connection (ironically Acer didn’t have internet access at the time, so the Chromebook couldn’t perform a needed software update), offline use is also possible for when on the move.

2016 – 2017 Suzuki Boulevard S40 Review

Suzuki pushes the venerable Boulevard S40 line into the ’17 model year with naught but a few extra touches to the paint. In fact, little has really changed with this ride since it came out in 1988 under the LS650 “Savage” moniker, and that honest simplicity is one of the main draws for this compact sled. Unfortunately, therein lies one of its biggest flaws as well. Air-cooled and carbureted, I imagine its low displacement is the only reason it’s able to meet emissions, and I fully expect tightening regulations to eventually strangle this line. At the very least, said laws may force it into the 21st century with fuel injection and/or a water jacket and radiator, but that’s speculation. Today, I’m going to delve into what we know to be true and take a look at the brushed-up S40 as it sits for MY17.

Alcatel Shine Lite Review

Early this month, Alcatel launched a new smartphone with a premium build for under Php10K. With plenty of smartphones battling each other under this price range, can the Shine Lite stand out? Find out in our review.

Design and Construction

The Alcatel Shine Lite sports a 5-inch display which dominates the front of the device. It’s mounted with Dragontrail glass which curves on the edges, hence, the 2.5D. Above it is the earpiece with a chrome grille, notifications light, 5MP camera, and LED flash. Down below are three lit capacitive navigation for Back, Home, and Recent apps.

Panasonic TX-40DX700B review

Kết quả hình ảnh cho Panasonic TX-40DX700B review

The Panasonic TX-40DX700B’s little sibling, the DX600, first convinced us that 4K on a 40in screen makes sense with the right set.

In fact, so convinced were we that, despite its four-star verdict, we gave it an Award at its screen size.

This set has a few added extras up its sleeve to tempt the upgrade though, not least HDR support.

Can this addition give it the bump it needs for that fifth star?

Design

The Panasonic TX-40DX700 offers a decent enough build – sturdy, with a slim silver bezel, even though it doesn’t have the slimmest of profiles.

Luxury diesel sedan comparison : Audi A6 v Mercedes-Benz E220d v Volvo S90

While large luxury European sedans are modest showroom performers Down Under, it’s been action stations at key carmakers’ product planning departments at their foreign HQs. BMW just unwrapped its forthcoming new-gen 5 Series, Mercedes-Benz recently launched its all-new E-Class, and there’s a newcomer – or, at least, a dramatically reinvented-comer – that’s just lobbed into a premium plus-sized four-door party near you: the Volvo S90.

Luxury diesel sedan comparison: Audi A6 v Mercedes-Benz E220d v Volvo S90

The big, bold and brassy Swede arrives swinging a large enough stick to give the established Germans decent cause for concern while marking its territory in the grown-up sandpit with suitably High Street price tags within the range. This comparison, then, is to test if New Volvo can shake the luxo establishment with its S90 much in the way its XC90 has managed amongst the super-sized SUV set.

Review of the tiny LONG CZ C3 CellPhone – A tiny mobile with big potentials!

The LONG CZ C3 is not long, I can assure you for that. Is the tiniest mobile that I have seen, but with a lot of potentials for its size!

Dell XPS 13 2-in-1 Review

The regular XPS 13 has been our favorite consumer laptop for more than two years, because of its luxuriously lightweight chassis, gorgeous InfinityEdge display and long battery life. Now, Dell has taken all the slim carbon fiber-goodness from its flagship ultrabook and applied it to a brand new hybrid, which goes on sale Jan. 5 on Dell.com and at Best Buy online.

Available this week for a starting price of $999, the XPS 13 2-in-1 isn’t just a refresh of its clamshell brother; it’s a machine with a distinct design and features that make it a mostly satisfying convertible. The chassis is thinner than the one on the XPS 13 clamshell, which makes it easier to use as a tablet. And this is a totally fanless affair, so you can curl up with an episode of Black Mirror and not have to worry about getting distracted by noise.

Casio G-Shock MR-G MRGG1000B-1A Watch Review: The Luxury Beater

Casio recently celebrated the 20th anniversary of the MR-G family of top-grade G-Shock watches. The MR-G, or “Mr. G,” as Casio’s Japanese contingent calls it, is another member of the exclusive “high-end quartz” club of watches that I am personally sympathetic to. The story of the MR-G is part engineering, part marketing, and all passion from the dedicated designers at Casio who make durable G-Shock watches. The MR-G has come in a range of versions in its 20-year lifespan, but the MRGG1000 model collection, that includes the reference MRGG1000B-1A, is the first Casio MR-G watch to be officially sold in the US.

[su_youtube url=”https://youtu.be/hG-uABGN5AM”]Picture 10 of 12[/su_youtube]

Ever since I went hands-on with the Casio G-Shock MRGG1000 back in 2014 when they were introduced, I wanted to review one. Given the price and the amount of engineering that goes into them, these are decidedly niche watches, but ones that will satisfy their owners fully. That is assuming, of course, the owners are not only ultimate gear and gadget lovers, but that they have the disposable income and style sense to invest a few thousand dollars into an uber-G-Shock with an all analog dial.

DOOGEE Y6C 4G vs XIAOMI Redmi 4A Review- Has Redmi 4A found its competitor!?

Xiaomi is a well known for its very good quality mobiles, that come at a very good price. Doogee on the other hand is known mainly for its midrange very good mobiles that come at a very low price. Today we will see two midrange mobiles, the Doogee Y6C 4G and the Xiaomi Redmi 4A, with similar specs, what is the best to buy.

Design

The Redmi 4A is sadly not a metal phone but it could pass off as one. The phone is made of plastic, but you must have a good look to understand it. We have a standard 5.0″ 1280×720 px, IPS LCD display. It does its job decently producing appropriate colors, contrast, and clarity. The 720p screen won’t blow anyone’s socks off but they’ll do the job. Max brightness is OK, topping out at around 400 nits which means you’ll have great difficulty seeing it in direct sunlight. Everywhere else and the screen performs just fine. There is no protective glass on the screen either. The Redmi 4A weights about 156g and it’s dimensions are 141.3 x 69.6 x 8.5 mm. It comes out in Rose Gold and Gold color.

2016 – 2017 BMW R NineT Scrambler Review

It is a well-known phenomenon that as people get to a certain stage in life, they crave things from their youth. Frequently, this coincides with a certain amount of disposable income to indulge in such nostalgia. Over time, entire industries have sprung from this demand, and even designers among established businessescapitalize on this market.

The new for 2016, R nineT Scrambler from the Bayerische Motoren Werke(BMW Motorrad) seems to fall into just this sort of category. Based on a general design popular from the ’50s all the way through the ’70s, the Scrambler embodies the form of the original scramblers, while borrowing from the 1951 Beemer R 68.

The result is a ride that invokes nostalgia in those old enough to remember the originals and subsequent variants, but also appeals to a younger crowd who appreciates classic looks coupled with updated performance and more reliable technology than its antique predecessors. I say that with confidence since I fall into the latter group, and I am really digging this new-old ride, so join me for a dissection of this scrambler descendant as I try to determine how closely this apple fell to the tree.
