Getting a TV with an excellent picture used to require a hefty investment, with affordable and even midrange models requiring compromises in color, contrast, or both. Hisense and TCL have proven that isn’t necessary any longer, with affordable TVs that offer fantastic performance for the price. The TCL 6-Series sits near the top of the company’s TV lines, but its prices are still much less expensive than comparable models from brands like LG and Samsung.
