The competition has seriously heated up recently in the world of heavy-duty trucks. The Ford Super Duty is still pretty fresh from its 2017 redesign, the 2019 Ram HD got an overdue update, and finally, the GM twins — the GMC Sierra HD and the Chevrolet Silverado HD — are all-new for 2020.

While they are mechanically similar, the Silverado HD and Sierra HD are actually more individual than ever before. They have distinct appearances, and there are certain features and options you can get on one that you can’t get on the other.
