The PS5 vs. Xbox Series X|S vs. Switch launch sales contest has been definitively won by Sony’s console according to recently published estimates. Global sales for the PlayStation 5 have topped 3.3 million units within its first four weeks of launch. Microsoft’s consoles have also sold well in the US and Europe but flatlined in Japan.
