iOS 9.3 is finally here, delivering a smarter Siri, an updated Notes app, and new features such as a News app to Apple’s mobile operating system. Apple is also promising longer battery life and better security. It’s also got Night Shift, which reduces blue light coming off the display in time with the ambient light.
