WWDC 2020 to host the grand unveiling of the AirPods Studio, Apple’s competitively priced over-ear headphones

Rumour has it that Apple has lent the AirPods brand to its upcoming over-ear headphones. Called the AirPods Studio, the highly-customisable headphones will debut at WWDC 2020 for a competitive US$349, putting them at parity with the Bose 700 and the Sony WH-1000XM4.

New information about Apple’s first over-ear headphones has struck again, following last month’s bevvy of rumours. As we discussed last month, the headphones are expected to launch at WWDC 2020, which will begin on June 22. These may be joined by Air Tags, Apple’s long-awaited Bluetooth trackers.
