Huawei Mate 40 and Mate 40 Pro are set to sneak in near the end of the fabled “Techtober”, coming after the big releases of iPhone 12 and Pixel 5. While Huawei’s flagship is still expected to lack the Google Play Store, the company is set to continue to build on its bad hand with new software and hardware.
Huawei is set to unveil its new flagships on October 22, rounding out the October tech rush. The event is expected to see the successors to last year’s Mate 30 and Mate 30 Pro.
