Google announced two new smartphones today – the Pixel 2 and the Pixel 2 XL, with the latter as the more packed and better-looking one. So if you’re eyeing this powerful flagship, let’s take a look at its best features below.

1) 6-inch QHD+ display with slim bezels

Smartphones with slim bezels are trending this year and Google isn’t to be left behind with the Pixel 2 XL. It has a 6-inch pOLED Fullscreen display with QHD+ resolution (2880 x 1440) or equal to 538ppi, 100000:1 super contrast ratio, 100% DCI-P3 color coverage, and an 18:9 aspect ratio. Protecting it is a 3D Corning Gorilla Glass 5.

2) Water- and dust-resistant metal unibody

Water and dust resistance is back on the Pixel 2 smartphones, but instead of the IP53 rating of its predecessor, it is now better at IP67, meaning it is protected from dust and can be submerged underwater (up to 1.5m) for up to 30 minutes. Lastly, if you’re looking for a premium build, the Pixel 2 XL won’t disappoint with its aluminum unibody with hybrid coating.
