Counter-Strike is one of the most popular gaming franchises ever. Even the first installment – CS 1.6 is still alive and a lot of players are enjoying it. Counter-Strike: Global Offensive is the successor of CS: Source and it uses the same engine as the older game (Source engine).

In terms of system requirements, CS:GO isn’t too demanding but you know the drill – if you play it regularly, tons of FPS and a high refresh rate display are a good combination for smoother gameplay (ergo, more frags and wins).
