Intel’s 9th Gen desktop CPUs launched early this month and with that came a new family of motherboards based on the Z390 chipset. The GIGABYTE Z390 AORUS MASTER is poised to make the most of the two additional cores shipping with the Intel Core i9-9900K. You can read more about the three new CPUs here, the base Core i5 CPU now has 6 cores with no multi-threading. The Core i7 is unfortunately, in the same boat with no multithreading but the core count is 8. The new Core i9 effectively is the older Core i7 in terms of positioning. It has the highest core count and has multithreading.
