E Fun’s Nextbook Flexx 2-in-1 combines an 8.9-inch detachable display, an Intel Atom processor and Windows 10 for a budget-friendly price of $109. Unfortunately, in this case, you get what you pay for, as the Flexx’s performance is as low as its price.
