Most mini PCs don’t offer as many configuration options as their larger desktop cousins. The Dell OptiPlex 7080 Micro (starts at $859; $1,637 as tested) is an exception: It’s available with a choice of 10 possible 10th Generation Intel CPUs, from an efficient 35-watt Core i3 to a full-power, 65-watt Core i9. To accommodate this variety of processors, there are three power supplies on the menu.
