Nissan has just unveiled a refreshed version of the Kicks, its least-expensive crossover SUV. The 2021 Kicks retains the same frugal 4-cylinder powertrain as its had since debuting three years ago and that earns an impressive 36 mpg on the highway. But other aspects of the Kicks have been tweaked and tailored to keep it competitive among other front-wheel-drive subcompact crossovers like the Toyota C-HR and Hyundai Venue.
