The large SUV gains vehicle tracking functionality across the range, along with a slew of other new features – though prices are up by as much as $1535.

The 2022 Toyota Fortuner has received an update, gaining new active safety technologies and stolen-vehicle tracking functionality.

The Toyota Connected Services suite is now standard across the revised Fortuner range, which can place an emergency call and share the vehicle’s location to assist emergency services in the event of an accident, detected by the deployment of an airbag, or via manual activation.
