It’s great to see Volkswagen finally design a vehicle for the American market, and the Atlas crossover is just that. With American’s insatiable need for larger cars, VW went to the drawing board to build its take on the American SUV.
Gone are the smooth lines of Touaregs past: the harder lines of the 2019 Atlas give it a more aggressive and masculine appearance. While it won’t set land speed records, the ride is surprisingly comfortable for a SUV of its size, and the interior is spacious.
