This notebook is a true low-key workstation computer. In addition to the commendable amount of performance it offers, you get good upgradability with ECC memory options (depending on the processor).

1. Remove the bottom plate

Getting inside this notebook is particularly easy. You need to undo five Phillips-head screws, three of which are captive. Then, just pry the bottom panel with a plastic tool.
