There are plenty of joystick-based controllers out there that you can use to play classic arcade games like you’re in an arcade mall in the middle of 1991 all over again. They’re awesome. Problem is, they’re just controllers, so you’ll still need a PC, a console, or whatever other platform they support to get a proper game going.
