Promate BoltQC 9000mAh QC 3.0 Power Bank Hands-On Review

Power banks are very common nowadays and there are plenty to choose from depending on your needs. What separates these power banks though are capacity, price, and features. In the case of the Promate BoltQC, it boasts a 9000mAh capacity with support for Qualcomm’s Quick Charge 3.0. Check out our hands-on below.

The Promate BoltQC looks like your typical power bank – small, brick-like, and hefty. It has a cool metal body in matte gold paint job with plastic top and bottom. Placed on the front are four LED power indicators as well as brand’s printed logo and Quick Charge 3.0 branding.\

Right up top are two USB output ports – one is a regular USB port with a 2.4A output while the other is the Quick Charge 3.0 port for Snapdragon-powered devices that support the said feature. Also found here is the microUSB input port for charging the power bank, and the multi-function button.
