Mad Catz F.R.E.Q. 2 Review

Mad Catz recently introduced their new lineup of gaming headsets consisting of the $39 E.S. Pro+ gaming earbuds and two traditional over-ear models, the F.R.E.Q. 2 and F.R.E.Q. 4. They differ in terms of connectivity—the F.R.E.Q. 2 is fully analogue, while the F.R.E.Q. 4 uses a USB interface—as well as price, although not by much. The F.R.E.Q. 2 comes in at $42, only $10 less than the USB-powered F.R.E.Q. 4.
