Droid Turbo 2 drop test from 900-feet up

Most smartphone users know that if you drop your smartphone while standing up onto a hard surface, odds are if it’s not in a case, the screen will be broken. The new Motorola Droid Turbo 2 smartphone is supposed to have a very strong screen that Motorola bills as shatterproof. Some smartphone loving geeks took one of those Droid Turbo 2 smartphones and took it 900-feet into the air.

The smartphone was dangling from a cord beneath a quad rotor drone that carried it into the air and then dropped it once at altitude. The smartphone tumbled to the ground and appears to have landed solidly on one corner of the smartphone.
