Apple Silicon has been confirmed to be the new processor choice for future Mac devices, with Apple expected to reveal the first laptop to feature the new chip during today’s “One More Thing” video event.
The new Arm-based processors will be similar to what you can currently find in existing iPhone and iPad devices, which will make it easier for developers to offer cross support for macOS and iOS apps.
