1. HTC 10

2016 is seeing the rise of smartphones with big RAM, and 4GB RAM handsets seem pretty popular now. One of the newest flagships coming with this feature is HTC 10. In addition to HTC 10 specs, there are some other great specifications you need to know: 5.2-inch Quad HD Super LCD 5 screen, Snapdragon 820 processor, 32/64GB of internal storage (expandable up to 2TB), and HTC Sense 8 UI based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS.

Besides, a decent 3,000 mAh battery supporting fast charging tech, a USB Type-C port, and dual non-stereo BoomSound speakers with Dolby Audio tech are also put under the hood to help run the whole machine. As for photography, you can use either its 5MP front (with ultra-wide lens, OIS plus f/1.8) or 12MP UltraPixel 2 rear (with f/1.8, OIS, laser autofocus, capability of recording 4K videos, Pro camera mode, plus hyperlapse) camera to take pictures.
