Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+: new leaks may confirm the tablet’s ~10,000mAh battery

Some upcoming variants to the Samsung Galaxy Tab line of premium slates are currently believed to have a markedly large battery capacity. This spec might help them earn their rumored ‘Plus’ moniker. A leaker has posted new images, allegedly taken by official regulators, that may confirm this theory.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6’s successor is thought to come with an additional Plus variant. Its leaks suggest it will have an iPad Pro-rivalling 12.4-inch screen – and the battery to match. Now, the leaker @smartvenkat95 on Twitter claims to have found more evidence of this particularly extra power-pack.

The tipster has apparently pulled corresponding images from TUV Rheinland and Safety Korea, regulatory bodies that evaluate the safety and compliance of charging tech in their applicable markets. They have allegedly tested a new Samsung battery with the model number BT975ABY – and a rated capacity of 9,800mAh.
