The Redmi Note 8 was probably the best smartphone in its segment when it launched. It was Xiaomi’s one of the top best-sellers throughout its lifetime. The handset has now started receiving the MIUI 12.5 update.

Xiaomi is rolling out the MIUI 12.5 update for the Redmi Note 8. The update is currently live in China with build number V12.5.1.0.RCOCNXM.
