Apple has been working on at least two different foldable iPhone prototypes or concepts with a view to potentially bringing one of the designs to market. However, a new report suggests that the company is only lukewarm on the idea and it is still some years away from being launched, if at all.

2019 was once heralded as the “Year of the Foldable” with the launch of devices from Royole, Samsung, Huawei and Motorola, but none of the devices really took off for a variety of reasons.
