Coolpad last week launched its new affordable smartphone in India, called the Note 5. Successor to the Coolpad Note 3 that was launched last year in October last year, the Note 5 is also the company’s one of the ‘Made in India’ smartphones. It brings a host of improvements in the form of unibody metal design, 2.5D curved glass on the front, upgraded hardware and more at an affordable price tag. The Coolpad Note 5 will compete with the likes of Xiaomi Redmi Note 3, LeEco Le 2 and Lenovo Vibe K5 Note, all of which are quite popular in the segment.
