Platform: PCWhat is Overwatch 2? It changes the game from a 6v6 team shooter to 5v5, it brings new heroes and maps, and other changes you’d expect from a sequel but it also replaces the original Overwatch. That game isn’t made obsolete, it is actually inaccessible with developer Blizzard taking it offline. There’s no Overwatch now, only Overwatch 2.
