Nintendo has acquired Miami-based Shiver Entertainment, a port studio that was responsible for bringing titles like Hogwarts Legacy and Mortal Kombat 1 to Nintendo Switch.As reported by IGN, Nintendo shared a press release that said it had entered an agreement with Embracer Group – Shiver Entertainment’s former owner –  to purchase the company in its entirety. ‘Nintendo will acquire 100% of the outstanding shares of Shiver and make it a wholly owned subsidiary,’ the press release reads.’By welcoming Shiver’s
