Nvidia Ampere graphics cards are expected to be officially revealed in August, with the next-generation GPUs are touted to offer improved performance and ray-tracing efficiency.
Rumours suggest we’ll see several graphics cards launched this year using the Nvidia Ampere arhitecture, including the heavily speculated Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070, RTX 3080 and RTX 3080 Ti.
A leak from Twitter user KittyCorgi suggests the flagship Ampere graphics card will see the performance of the new Tensor Core doubled. If true, this would potentially mean we’d see significantly better ray tracing visuals than what the RTX 2080 Ti is capable.
