June 7 Update: Apple has officially announced a change on its Developer website. The iOS 17 beta is currently free to anyone that registered as a developer, rather than only being available through a $99 a year developer subscription. We do still recommend you proceed with caution when considering downloading the iOS 17 beta, however, as this is a very early version of the software.
