Summary: The updated ROG G703 is one of the most powerful notebooks on the market. It’s an excellent implementation of the 8-Core unlocked Core i9 processor and 200W variant of the RTX 2080 graphics chip, and the included power profiles allow users to easily joggle with the performance, thermals, and noise-levels according to their needs. On top of that, this also checks the boxes gamers would expect in a 2019 model, in the screen, speakers, keyboard, IO and build departments. It does have its flaws, though, as the G703 is a bulky and heavy oddity on today’s market, dominated by thinner and lighter implementations.
