An AMD Ryzen 7 Microsoft Surface Edition (MSE) listing has been spotted on UserBenchmark. This APU, which is likely to be the Ryzen 7 4980U, is expected to feature in the upcoming Microsoft Surface Laptop 4. It is not clear why Microsoft wouldn’t use the latest Ryzen 5000 APUs, but there’s a possibility that this is actually a lower tier SKU of the Surface Laptop or that this APU is, in fact, a custom Lucienne part.
