Much like the 2020 Nitro 5, this updated 2020 Nitro 7 series is a step-up from the previous generation in terms of build quality, inputs, features, and even performance. However, Acer expectedly charges a premium for the nicer metallic construction here, and that puts it about on par with a similarly specced Predator Helios 300 in the few markets where this Nitro 7 is currently available, which is a far better-rounded product. That’s why my attention would primarily go towards the more affordable lower-specced version of this Nitro 7.
