Toyota TRD Camry Next Gen is ready for the 2022 NASCAR Cup Series

After two years of development, Toyota recently unveiled the Next Gen TRD Camry for the 2022 NASCAR Cup Series. Interestingly, Toyota is the only manufacturer to have three vehicles competing in NASCAR: The Supra in the NASCAR Xfinity Series (NFX); the Tundra in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS); and the TRD Camry in the NASCAR Cup Series (NCS).

“There has been a substantial amount of work put into the Toyota TRD Camry Next Gen car by all of our partners, but specifically everyone at TRD and Caltry Design,” said Paul Doleshal, group manager of motorsports and assets at Toyota Motor North America (TMNA).
