While still short of full luxury accommodations, the Envision benefits from an improved powertrain and mild cosmetic tweaks.

Back on the scene after a short stop in the design studio, the 2019 Buick Envision now flexes a few exterior styling cues that bring it more in line with the brand’s current design ethos. As a bonus, Premium trim models boast additional torque from their turbocharged 2.0-liter inline-four engine. Although horsepower stays put at 252, torque increases 35 lb-ft to 295, and a new nine-speed automatic transmission has replaced the previous six-speed unit.
