Roofless Skoda Scala roadster previewed

Czech car-maker’s apprentices reveal latest project to create sporty speedster out of Scala hatch

Skoda’s latest team of apprentice designers and engineers have announced that they are working on a new radical project that will involve gas-axing the roof off a Scala hatch.

Releasing a series of hand-drawn sketches of, what’s set to be, the seventh student-led project created by the Czech car-maker’s apprentices, the finished concept is scheduled to be unveiled this June, says Skoda.
