NHTSA Upgrades Tesla Autopilot Investigation, One Step Closer to Recall

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration last August opened an investigation into Tesla’s Autopilot driver-assist system, focused on crashes involving emergency vehicles when Autopilot was active.
