Reports from Europe suggest the Rocketman could be built in China, with pure-electric power and a similar design to that of the 2011 concept.
Hot on the heels of the Mini Cooper SE launch, reports from Europe claim the compact 2011 Rocketman concept could go into production as a China-focused EV next decade.
According to Autocar, the three-door electric hatch would be built by a joint venture between Great Wall Motors and BMW in Jiangsu, China.
