Mercedes-Benz C 300 e plug-in hybrid released

Replacement for C 350 e arrives as part of a new model year update for C-Class and other Benz passenger cars

Mercedes-Benz Australia very quietly slipped the C 350 e into the market some months after the launch of the updated 205 series C-Class around this time last year.

But the plug-in hybrid model, a foretaste of things to come, has already been replaced by a new variant, the Mercedes-Benz C 300 e, which has ditched its predecessor’s 19-inch wheels for 18-inch wheels, and the 60kW electric motor is succeeded in the new variant by one producing 90kW and 440Nm.
