Infiniti is the latest automaker to find another way to slice the crossover SUV pie. Exhibit A is the all-new 2022 Infiniti QX55.
Think of the Infiniti QX55 as a more style-oriented version of the 5-passenger QX50 SUV. Infiniti calls it a “crossover coupe.”
Of course, it’s not a coupe in the stricter sense of having two doors and little practicality. Rather, the QX55 follows in the line of vehicles like the BMW X6, BMW X4, Mercedes GLC Coupe, and new Audi Q5 Sportback. The idea is to meld SUV practicality with a big dose of design.
