Fisker’s $30,000 PEAR Electric SUV Will Be Built in Ohio With Foxconn

The folks who build Apple’s iPhone are teaming up with EV startup Fisker to build an electric car in the US, if all goes according to plan. Startup Fisker and its partner Foxconn announced Thursday that production of its PEAR electric vehicle is coming to Ohio, with plans to get that production started in 2024. We first learned of Fisker and Foxconn buddying up to build Project PEAR in 2020.
