2022 Porsche Macan Is More Powerful, Turbo Model Dropped

The GTS is now the top Macan, and it uses the old Turbo’s 434-hp twin-turbocharged V-6, while the Macan S uses the old GTS model’s 375-hp V-6.

Porsche will soon offer an electric version of its best-selling Macan crossover, but ahead of its arrival in 2023, the German automaker is rearranging the gas-powered Macan’s trim levels and engine lineup for the 2022 model year. This updated Macan will arrive early next year and eventually be sold alongside the electric model, which promises more range than the Taycan electric sedan as well as unique looks compared to the gas version.
