Mercedes-Benz’s stylish four-door coupe is undergoing a mid-life facelift, with the AMG 53 the only model to emerge from the transformation Down Under.

Australian prices for the facelifted 2022 Mercedes-AMG CLS53 have been confirmed, ahead of its local arrival in the fourth quarter of 2021 (October to December).

Priced from $183,600 before on-road costs in standard guise, the AMG CLS53 4Matic+ represents the only variant of the Mercedes-Benz CLS offered in Australia, with the axing of the standard CLS450 as part of the facelift, and the discontinuation of Mercedes-Benz’s entry-level CLS350 in 2020.
