2022 Hyundai Santa Fe XRT Looks More Rugged but Isn’t

This new trim level will also be coming to the Tucson but doesn’t feature any extra ground clearance or off-road capability.

Hyundai is bolstering the 2022 Santa Fe SUV’s look, if not its actual off-road capability, with a new XRT trim level. The XRT model includes rugged-looking appearance tweaks but no actual mechanical upgrades. It doesn’t even come standard with all-wheel drive, as it starts at $33,485 with front-wheel drive and offers AWD as a $1700 option.
