The Toyota RAV4 was redesigned in 2019 and has evolved from a car-like crossover into a more muscular compact SUV. This metamorphosis includes a broadening of the product range to include more off-road capable Adventure and TRD Pro trims. Now the Hybrid offering is complemented by the Prime, a plug-in variant that promises 42 miles of electric-only range. Not only does it have a far great range than many PHEVs (most offers at best 20 to 30 miles), it also is the most powerful RAV4 you can buy with 302 horsepower.
