The 2021 Lexus ES range of luxury midsize sedans encompasses conventional combustion and hybrid power. However, the ES is not the only midsize sedan model by Lexus. There’s also the GS line, which has traditionally been more the driver’s choice (it deploys rear-wheel drive as standard).
Where the ES would typically fit into this plush pattern is with wonderful comfort and a spacious back seat. They’re still here, but Lexus added some extra poise and control into this current generation.
