There’s much to like about the 2021 GMC Terrain compact crossover/SUV. The quality of cabin materials, for example. Or the quiet, sophisticated ride. Or the generous amount of technology encompassing connectivity, safety, and driver assistance features. They all add up to make the Terrain a solid choice.
Then again, it’s neither the roomiest in its class nor the most engaging to drive. We also have issues with the silly shifter design GMC saw fit to install.
